Rochelle Millard is the owner of Dames Beauty Bar based in West Sacramento, CA. An accomplished hair stylist and make up artist for 20 years, Rochelle has a dedicated and loyal following of clients in the Sacramento area and the Western States.
She was educated at Sally Hershberger at the John Freida Salon in West Hollywood, CA where she trained under a celebrity colorist. A believer in continuing education and specialized training, Rochelle has taken advanced education courses from Vidal Sassoon, Bumble and Bumble, and Goldwell. She studied at Make Up Designory in Burbank, CA for fashion, film and photography.
Rochelle specializes in the French freehand technique of Balayage, where she creates natural looking, sun kissed hair. She is master colorist and expert in keratin bond extensions. Rochelle is a sought after bridal, special event and media appearance make up artist.
Before moving to the Sacramento region, Rochelle worked in Los Angeles, CA on a variety of A-List Hollywood celebrities. After styling in a variety of professional salons in the Sacramento area, Rochelle launched Dames Beauty Bar in 2020 adding new business owner and job creator in a worldwide pandemic.

I started my career practicing therapeutic massage, and while utilizing my kinesiology degree, it gave me insight on how much I loved working with people and helping their bodies feel better.
